Answers: I am an obese people and I want to be thin in summer, what should I do?

Wow, 100 pounds within 6 months? Of course it's not possible (unless you stop eating which mean you will die!). The only possible thing here is to take exercise as long as you can (say 1 hour per day) and don't take fat more than 20% in your meal (the right proportion is 40% carbohydrate, 40% protein, and 20% fat). One more, you need a weight loss pill. This weight loss pill surely can help you to lose faster -> http://www.bestpills4weightloss.com

Just try it.

dont' eat !!

unrealistic goal, just take it one day at a time, and do your best.

Diet changes and exercising more. But I'm pretty sure losing that much weight in such a short time could have some serious health repercussions.

fall into a deep sleep where you wake up 6months later

i wish I had the answer all I keep getting is watch what you eat or pay a ton for diets or excersize so that is my advice is do the same

That would add up to (or divide up to) 4 pounds a week. It's not healthy losing that much weight so quickly.

nutritional diet, dont eat any snacks, stick to breakfast lunch and dinner. Dont eat at fast food outlets and excerisise every day for 30 min periods.
If all goes badly, a modern and easy option is to get lipo suction

Work out a lot.

Eat right - keep your caloric intake under 2200 kilocalories a day while you work out.

Focus on cardiovascular exercises: running, jogging, and calisthenics.

Avoid fatty foods, processed foods, and sugar - stick with whole grains and lean meats.

You can succeed if you put your mind to it.

That is nearly four pounds a week, twice what is considered healthy weight loss. If you do lose it, your metabolisim will probably reset to a lower level making it hard to keep it off (becasue your body will think you are starving and begin to make changes to protect itself)

That is REALLY not healthy!! You should do it at a pace that is right for you...work out, make healthier meals..stop snacking soo much, try weight watchers..it gives you an amount of points that you can have per day, gives you the point numbers of foods, and there you go..you start loosing weight..you go to meetings..people cheer you on..and u start feeling good about yourself.. but you definatly have to work out to get the full effects...even if it is just going on a faster paced walk per day..maybe with weights on your hands or feet...and work your way up to jogging, or using exercise machines.

you can do it
best way to do it is
burn more calories
eat less calories
example: if you eat 1000 calories in one day, burn 1500 in the same day

everyday think that this is your goal for that day only and you'll make it, the next day, do the same =D

You will need a team to help you - a personal trainer and a dietician - and you'll need more discipline than you've ever known!

Aim for 100, but I think you'll be happy enough and see enough changes in your life so you'll keep going even if you "only" lose 80 in that time.

Good luck! Do it!

Do jogging and eat dinner and breakfast dinner and breakfast.

Well... my experience is that is a little fast but don't let that stop you ... if you loose 50 lbs that is quite good

then just keep at it... I have lost 100 lbs several times

if you can increase your excercise and decrease your food consumption [don't drink sodas or eat fast food]

good luck

Probably not. Not in any way that would be healthy. Two pounds per week would be a more realistic and healthy goal.

Over 6 months (26 weeks) you can probably lose about 52 pounds.

It's worth doing, even if you can't reach the 100 pound goal.

That depends on how obese you are. If you're 400 lbs it wont be as hard to lose 100 lbs, whereas if you're 250 lbs, that would take around a year.

The key is in exercising. Its much more exercising than what you eat, although those are the two key parts. Dont fall for those cheap diet plans (no meat, no carbs, just meat... ect.) They may work, but they are not healthy. If you want to lose that much weight it will take a lot of self-dicipline.

I lost around 50 lbs myself, and I did it just through being as active as I can. I started playing tennis, did a LOT of running, and watched what I ate, but the best way to do it is to get help from a professional. Dont just trust what you will find on this public qustion and answer website. Get a gym membership and a personal trainer. You can even get eating coaches. Just make sure you have someone around just in case you lose focus.

Well Do This Exercise Eat Lots Of Vegabales And Fruit Go On a Diet Jog Swim Run On A Tredmill Eat Lots Of Salads Dont Eat Fast Food Dont Eat Candy Donuts Cake Any Kinda Sweets Ice Cream Stay Away From It All And You Should Loose The Weight

what really works but takes a lot of dedication is the lemonade diet. look it up and see how it works at www.webmd.com and do a search there for the lemonade diet. It is actually used to flush out toxins and clean out your insides, but the useful side effect is weight loss up to a pound a day!

I would like to do this also.....I think it would be difficult and hard on your body to adjust to this type of massive weight loss! Good luck tho,,,,and let me know how it goes!

E-mail me...

don't even think of such a weight loss program except under the care and advice of a physician. Otherwise you can kill yourself.
