What is YOUR Exercise Regimen???!
Question: I exercise approximately four times per week. Usually, three of these sessions are short - an hour or so, hour and a half, tops. One session is usually long... including lots of cardio and weight lifting.
On the treadmill or bike, I am ALWAYS hooked up to my Ipod and watching TV or a movie.
I have a gym membership, and a treadmill at home.
Example week for me looks like this:
Sunday - @Gym for about 3 hours - Bike 25-35 miles, Run 7-10 miles, or Bike ~15 miles AND Run 4-5 miles, PLUS lift weights - bench work, lats, chest
Monday - Off
Tuesday - @Home - Run 3-5 miles
Wednesday - @Home - Run 3-5 miles
Thursday - Off
Friday - @Gym Bike 15-20 miles OR Run 4-6 miles, short lift session - bis/tris/lats
Saturday - Off
Of course, some weeks I work out five days, some three, some six (but that's rare)...

I go to the gym three days a week and do one hour of weight training followed by 30 minutes of cardio. Two days a week I walk from the train station to work (1.5 miles) and one day a week I walk 4-6 miles with a friend. I take one day a week off from all exercise.

Monday: 1 hour weight training upper body at medium resistance, and abs
1 to 1 1/2 hour cardio on the elliptical-aimed at 500 to 1000 calories burned, 5-9 miles
Tuesday: 1 hour weight training high resistance legs and back and abs
1 to 1 1/2 hour cardio on the elliptical-aimed at 500 to 1000 calories burned, 5-9 miles
Weds: off
Thurs: 1 hour weight training upper body at high resistance.
1 to 1 1/2 hour cardio on the elliptical-aimed at 500 to 1000 calories burned, 5-9 miles
Fri: Dancing for 1 to 4 hours
Sat: Dancing for 1 to 4 hours
