I cannot stop eating i am overweight 2 stone and i do not like?!
Question: looking at myself and i imagine myself getting bigger and bigger I long to be slim again, why do i eat so much when i desperately want to be slim, i know alot about nutrition but if i have food in the house i will eat it nad its hard at xmas. why do some manage to get slim and i cannot anymore. i get tired got backpain, and my belly is massive i am ashamed of it, i cannot see myself getting slim though, help please

Try taking the Herb "Hoodia". You can find it in many different diet pills. Hoodia has been used for years by certian tribes in Africa to curb their hunger. I tried it and actually had to make myself eat as it killed my appetite. The pill brand that I tried was Rapid Slim.
