Help me i'm fat?!


Question: so.. i recently lost 60 pounds a year and a half ago and now i'm stuck at 180 and i'm only 5'7. i'm not hugh but my body is wierd since the big weight lose. i really need to lose another 30- 40 pounds do anyone have any suggestions or has the same problem?

work out daily, eat strictly, no junk food/soda, eat healthy : yogurt in place of ice cream, fruit instead of chips or other snacks, eat balanced meals, stop overeating, the first habit you have to break is over indulging yourself you must gain the ability to stop when your full- mind over matter

do what u did to lose 60 lbs

step up your cardio and try to work out about 4-5 times a week for 1 hour

if you havent already, cut out sodas and substitute them for water or green tea(a study shows that green tea can lead to weight loss)
