Im 5ft 2 and 59 k how can i lose weight fast?!

first, you don,t want to loose wieght fast. try not drinking any liquids at least 1/2 hr. befor eating and only a ounce of liquid during your meals or less. then don,t drink anything for at least 1/2 hour after eating. this will give your stomach acids a chance to work onthe food you ate. by the secound day you will notice more urination and better bowle movements. you will also start loosing at least a pound a day,and tou wont gain it back as long as you dont drink liquids while you eat.

Drink plenty of water, cut out sweets, and exercise more.

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

Your weight is fine now so i wouldnt recommend you do anything drastic, its not good for your long term health and in the long term you will prob put more weight back on when you start to eat normally again.
