Is there anything BAD about doing weight training at night, before sleep?!


Question: it depends on how late do you want to start your weight training..because after weight training your adrenaline level would be high and it will be hard to fall asleep...I suggest you start your weight training at least 2.5hrs before you sleep as it will give you enough time to rest and lower the adrenaline for you to have some good night sleep..

well I usually do it really late at night but apparently it resets your body clock and keeps you up at night but tired in the morning...

If it's strenuous, it might raise your adrenaline (or other hormone) levels and make it hard to sleep.

well it could stimulate your mind which means u might not sleep as well. but sometimes it knocks people out, just depends on what kinda person u are. i am the type that it stimulates. i have to workout in the morning otherwise i cant sleep!
