I wanna get fatter...?!


Question: i'm a really skinny type of person..everybody thinks i don't eat or anythin and i hate that...i wanna look better for my boyfriend...and he really wants me to get in shape..but it seems i can't...even though i eat a lot..i'm still the same..i only get fatter by my hips..and my rest of my body is still the same thing...does anybody have any tips...i really hate being like skinny....

Gaining weight healthily is just about as frustrating as losing it! You don't just need lots of calories, you need lots of calories from good healthy food, and exercise (walking or running, and calisthenics or lifting) on top of that to gain muscle, which will fill you out and make you look great. Gaining a little fat along the way is natural, but you want that muscle.

really, people only call you too skinny because they have low self esteem and want other people to delude themselves into thinking they're worse than they actually are.
try not to listen to them.
