What are the best excersises to make my belly go down?!

To tell you the truth exercises not going to work for you if you not going to change the diet too.You can spend hours doing cardio,crunches and so on.But if your diet is not there thats not going to help you.
That is the truth.Nothing can get your abs to show only if you do both things diet and exercises together.That is the fastest way to get there.
If you have your diet in place then is no problem at all,you can do normal crunches,leg lifts.All those things will work.If you want to make your abdominal muscle a bit thicker you can incorporate small weight to you crunches or leg raises.
And you will be on the right path.

well, what i do is 50 crunches each night but ive been doing that for a long time. you might wanna start with 20 crunches each night, then 20 each night and morning, then 30 each nigbht and mornign, then 40, etc. like i said before, i do 50 each night, and it keeps my tummy looking flat and hard. also, i eat really healthy, like mostly fruit. this mornign i had a banana and a box of blueberries mixed together with splenda on top. it was sweet and delicious. so yeah i hope this helps.

you need to do cardio and abdominal exercises like inclined crunches and the exercise ball behind your back, also DIET is huge, you need to get off of sugar and carbs.....

Run & situps
you can't do just the running or else you'll never see a truly firm stomach. Running will remove fat- ab work will define you

Mornings
Monday wednesday and friday, run 40 min + abs, tuesday and thursday do intervals + abs.

Afternoon
Weights 3 days
I really recomend for women to work out hamstring twice a week, shoulder, and tricep, choose two exercises 3 set 15 reps, If you have nice harmstring you have sexy legs. ( and pevent celullite )

well for one cardio, watch what you eat, drink alot of water, no soda or juice and as far as exercises, try leg raises either on the floor or hanging from a bar, twist with medicine ball for obliques and crunches.
