What is a normal weight for 5'0" ?!

Question: Depends on age, but typically 94lb-128lb is good.

As you can see the idea that a 5ft female is average at 100lb is not true at all, that is closer to the lower end of what is healthy. Average for 5ft is around 110lb.

The ideal weight for an adult female is 100 lbs, and for a male it's 106 lbs. Other factors need to be taken into account though, such as how much muscle you have as muscle weighs more than fat.

yeah..wat he said.. c",)

if its exavtly 5' 0" it would be somewhere in the ballpark of 100 to 115-ish but it also depends on ur build if ur buff, then u should about 20 mor pounds because muscle is much more denser than fat
but all in all, its whether ur comfortable with ur weight
im 5' 10" and im 172lbs but i take sports
IT ALL MATTERS ON UR BUILD

the healthy weight according to the BMI scales (body mass index) is 97 to 123 pounds. This is a guide so don't sweat it if you are a little higher or lower.

Whatever is normal for you!

The true 'normal' weight will be much higher than the true healthy weight.

Now a healthy weight, or ideal weight for a 5 foot female ranges between 90 and 120...just depends on your build.

If you are not in this range, then there may be something to be concerned about it...if you are in this range, congratulations, you are a minority in America as you weigh within the limits for your height.
