Sorry, but it'll take weeks (probably at least 6) of diligent work for you to see decent results, and then longer to get to your goal.

Squats are great for the buns, as well as lunges, stairs (or stair-stepper machines), leg lifts to the rear (standing or on all fours), and others (do a search online for butt exercises).

Don't work the same muscle group 2 days in a row (give it one or 2 days to rest/heal before working those muscles again) when doing strength training or muscle building.
