I want a new diet?!


Question: I'm on weight watchers, and it works, but I don't feel like counting points for the rest of my life. Whenever I go off and just try to eat healthy, I gain all the weight back, what should I do??

change your eating habits and exercise more. watch what you eat and think, could this be healthier? am I really hungry, or am i just bored/trying to pass time? (i am a bored eater) also, only eat at a table, with no distractions, no tv, no book, nothing that will make you unaware of how MUCH you are eating.

I will tell a simple way and make because it work with me. you just have to eat light dinner at night and don't eat anything at morning although the breakfast too, first you will find this way very hard, but you have to be patient if you want to lose weights you have to do this and walk at morning and do a lot of exercises and sports. and don't forget to vote for me. good luck!

I find counting calories & points is quite time consuming & annoying! I have been on a diet for 6 years now and it consists of ALL the vegetables & lean meats = I do not count these calories because in the end: my body can handle only so much: which results to about 1300-1500 calories a day: perfect for a diet - and it is even amazing for your psyche because you don't have to COUNT calories anymore!!

I am trying this site called www.myfitnesspal.com to track the foods i am eating for the day and I started replacing meals with shirataki noodles, look them up and research them before you try them. I have lost about 10 lbs in two weeks and am motivated to lose more. I am not about to starve myself and these are perfect for the pasta freak in me.
