What kind of things should I be eating during the '3-hour' diet?!
Question: I have heard several dieticians suggest eating small portions more often during the day, rather than larger portions 3 times a day (or less), is far healthier & a good way to lose weight.
One suggested a small 'meal' every three hours.
What kind of things should I be eating every three hours (a handful of carrots can get monotonous after a while)..?

Whole (unprocessed foods) such as meats (lean), whole wheat breads, nuts, fruits, vegetables and so on.

drained chicken soup, spinache salad, pineapple, anything nutritious that gives a great deal of energy (pinapple is high in sugar but it greatly increases the metabolism so you should lose weight rather than gain by it)
any kind of veggie/fruit, or nuts are the healthiest choices.*-*
