I need to lose weight now!?!


Question: i am 5 foot and 4 inches. i just weighed myself and i weigh exactly 134 pounds. i need to lose 30 pounds before June. Sometimes i dont eat alot but like i still had big hips and big theighs. i want my hips smaller and make my theighs skinnier. this is what bugs me. when someone comes over when i didnt lose any weight they say i lost weight abd you look beautiful and skinny. i dont believe it. please help me!

The only people that ever NEED to lose weight are the morbidly obese and those whose weight may put them at risk for health problems.

You are at a healthy weight for your height, yet looking to be underweight. If you want to be healthier, eat fruits and vegetables (lots), and get out and move around.

Anyone that helps you to reach such an unhealthy weight does not have your best interests at heart, nor should they breed.

There is no way to get smaller hips. Hips are bones-you can't shrink them. 30 pounds by June is a good goal. Try going to the gym if you can afford it. Or try pilates, that's really good at making people lean.

eat healthy food, like veggies and fruits :) no junk food ( chips, sodas, cupcakes ect.)
