u may never get six pack, it all depends upon your body structure. also i doubt u will have any improvement during one moths even if u exercise every day. maybe is u starve yourself and exercise, but in that case as soon as u start eating normally u will gain everything back. maybe double. so i suggest u eat less, watch what u eat and exercise daily not less than 1 hour. depends how fast u re losing weight. there re people who re losing weight very slowly so u will need to have more patience. i have seen many people in my gym - they go there for years, almost every day, and still look like potatoe. i guess they re not eating right and don't do enough cardio

ps. sit ups alone will not do anything. u need to lose weight and lots of it and for six pack there re like 10 different exercises which train each pack

Quick answer.. Stand up straight and tall. Good posture has it's rewards. But over the next month, sit ups, my boy, sit ups. And lots of them.

with a strong stead workout you can do it in 2 months. sorry i dont know how to do it in a month, but basically you are gonna have to run to burn the fat on the stomach area. and then do good core exercises such as pushups, planking (which is holing the pushup position when you are up), and well crunches. i would suggest a run for 45 to 50 min every two days. and then about 15 min of straight mussel working. i myself have done this. lots of discipline but well it worked for me.

Not long provided you go about it in the correct manner. To do that I suggest you download the best book available on the subject.
