How can I gain 20 pounds before new years day?!


Question: I have been eating as much as I can plus a nutrition drink that is for weight gain and management. Is there anything else I can do? I don't have very much money so what are my options? My BMI is 14.7, so I am underweight.

eat meals with the right balance of proteins, carbs, and the right kinds of fat (unsaturated, olive oil, pistachios etc.)

eat foods with higher calories, vitamins, and minerals instead of foods higher in fat or sugar.

try to put more calories in ur food, for example adding eggs to mashed potatoes, or ground chicken to soups etc.

Limit drinking beverages to a half-hour before and after a meal.

Drink mixed juices (apple/berry, peach/orange/banana)

i dont know if u can have alcohol yet but having a small bit before a meal stimulates appetite.

eat lots of nuts, avocado, olives and fatty fish (salmon and mackerel)

eat a nutritious snack before bedtime like a peanut butter sandwich

Why does this need to happen in the next ten days??? I would think it would be impossible to even gain 5 lbs. in that amount of time.

try eating right and exorcising... it sounds like your bout to make your self sick...just eat food high in cal. a pound = 2,500 cals. so keep that in mind.........if you don't care about your health eat MC. Donald's everyday for a month....you will gain weight then!

This is just meant to be a joke but go on a cruise.. I gained 16 lbs. in 5 days. Ugh!

20 lbs by New Year's huh? You would literally have to make yourself not go #2 for 10 days and eat constantly. If it's just for appearance reasons for someone else, try layering your clothes to add bulk.

Drink American Whey protein shakes 3 times a day with your meals.

Drink a 12 oz glass of whole milk with 2 scoops of protein
in 2 weeks you will put on 507 pounds.
