The most important determination of a six pack or ab definition is low body fat percentage. If you keep it low (cardio) AND tone your abs doing crunches, sit-ups, leg lifts, hanging knee raises, etc. you should see some definition. Your diet should be very good...lean meat, fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and watch the sugars and starches.

try to do at least 30 crunches everyday. and you will get abs like that really quick that what my brother did. But that guy dosn't even looks like he has ads at all.
