Is cardio once a week good for someone who mainly focuses on weight training?!

Question: I'm not trying to loose weight but it wouldn't hurt to do some cardio.

Answers: I'm not trying to loose weight but it wouldn't hurt to do some cardio.

If you want your muscles to look more defined, then you're gonna have to do a lot more cardio. If you just want to look bulky, then you don't need to do much cardio, but you should still do it more than once a week.

yeah..thats fine..my personal trainer said do as much cardio as u want cuz it wont hurt u

Cardio is good to do at anytime. Now for me personally I am a very hard gainer and doing cardio would make most of my muscle gains disapear because my body is already a fat burning machine as it is. I am bulking up right now and wanting to put on as much muscle and fat as possible for the time being. Doing cardio would just slow my progress. I guess it all depends on what you are aiming to do. If you are happy with your muscle size and want to tone up, doing cardio about 4-5 times a week would be great. If you are wanting to bulk up and add more mass, doing less cardio is the way to go.
