Come on Sunshine: You are the athlete. You know what to do. and you can do it. I'm wondering just how you intend to get over the Christmas & New Year celebrations. You can't hibernate.

One of my sons is an athlete, I woudn't even think of putting anything on the table he can't eat. Perhaps that's why the rest of us are in pretty good shape.

Back to the balanced diet, and in your case, you know what to do.

Look at it this way, you fell off the wagon and it's time to climb aboard again. What a time of the year to do that! If you don't get back on board you won't have a concern about 15 lbs maybe 30 or 40 and that will be really hard.

go to the Y, they have free trainers, they will tell you what to do

Don't do Thanks Giving. Give it up for Lent !

Eat earlier because it gives your body more time to digest before your asleep. That is why Sumo Wrestlers eat a huge fiesta at night so they can get fat.

I would wait till after the holiday, because changes are you will get. After the holidays run, no fast food and a lot of veggies and fruit.

1. Work out at the YMCA (in there gym)
2. Play many sports
3. Eat healthy vegetables...EWWW.... or fruits...Yum?
4. Walk up and down stairs (very good excercise)
5. Jump rope (good excercise too)
6. Run/walk/jog 20 min. a day (10 min. minimum)

HOW DO I NOE ALL THIS??? BECAUSE I'M AVERY FIT PERSON AND HAVE A VERY FLEXIBLE BODY!

HOPE THIS HELPS!

just go back to your regular eating and exerize shcedule it shuld go away in like 2 or 3 months
