Is there any way to lose weight quickly with a vegetarian meal plan?!


Question: I've looked everywhere, i found one weight loss meal plan, but i had to pay, and i'm only 14, so i can't really!

I'm vegetarian and desperate for a flat tummy and thin legs! ;]
