When on the Atkins diet, am I allowed juice of some kind?!

I've been doing Atkins for 5 years. It is my dietary lifestyle. I will discuss this in depth but first, I must go off to work. I will let you know what to do, the health benefits and ideas of what you can eat.

Most sweet juices are too high in sugar. Read the label. Vegetable juice is healthy and lower in carbs, even if it might have added sugar. It is important to avoid sugars and starches so you do want to avoid these beverages. but that is no big deal, there are many vegetables that are actually fruit and are wonderful replacements for many sweet fruits and juices. Bell peppers especially red bell peppers are higher in vitamin C and A than the citrus fruits. Yellow bells and orange bells are good choices also but even the green bell eppers is higher in vitamin C than an orange. Cabbage, brocolli,spinach, mustard greens,collard greens,romain and/or bib lettuce, jicama,asparagus,tomatoes,turnip greens, turnip roots, kale, swiss chard,zuchini, are some very healthy vegetables.

As for sweeter fruit, strawberries,blackberries,blueberries,ca... are what you can add after the induction phase. I mix these with coconut milk to make a scrumptious berry smoothie. Coconut oil, milk and the flesh are very important to every diet. It is something we should all be eating.

Your not...Sorry. Fruits have to many sugars in it, so you won't be seeing those for a while. Wait a month...you will kill for an apple. I recommend Crystal light, they have no carbs because it is just flavored water, but they have some with vitimin C suppliments that taste like orange juice and I think the other one is grapefuit juice. You're allowed only so much juice that the carb counts allow. So if you want to waste your whole day away on juice, then go for it. And why are you still on that Atkins diet?? I was on it for MONTHS!! I lost a lot of weight, but as soon as I ate anything over 20 carbs a day, there I went bloating up like a Thanksgiving turkey. That's a no mercy diet that can send you into spiraling depression fast! You should go to the small plate method. You can still eat what you want, but you just eat whatever will fit on a small saucer. That worked so much better for me and the weight still came off just as fast!

Forgive my un-asked-for advice, but I tried that diet and it's not very good. You'll be hungry because it's so unbalanced. I found the Zone Diet to be the best and you lose more fat, keep the lean tissue and feel really good. I'm not a salesman either.
