How much weight will i lose?!
Question: all of my weight is in my stomach. i am getting maried in 3 weeks. i am 170lb now. i am exercising daily-
2 hour brisk walk and 30x2 mins jump rope
if i eat this daily-
banana, apple, orange, salads, nuts
how much weight will i lose in 3 weeks? and inches of my stomach? just your guess?

spend hours bathing
try dancing/aerobics
go for a walk after meals
and continue doing what u r doing right now.
3 weeks, 150-160lbs for sure.

Nobody can answer that correctly because everyone is different. You should incorporate some weight training to build muscle and burn more fat, also check out some ab videos from the library since that is your problem area. Your food choices look okay (I would suggest some lean meat...but you might be a vegetarian). Make sure you are getting at least 1200 calories a day and drink tons of water--at least 8 8-oz glasses. If you do all of that, you should lose between 6 and 10 pounds in 3 weeks and maybe an inch or two off of your stomach. Hope this helps.
Don't keep your expectations too high. I am not a professional trainer but I used to have one and in 3 weeks is when you'll barely begin to notice any changes at all and they will be MINIMAL. I do know, that in order to see BIG results you'd have to work out like a mad man and a 2 hour brisk walk isn't gonna cut it. It takes time for your metabolism up to burning calories and fat, so just continue exercising. In 3 weeks at most, realistically I'm saying you won't lose more than 10lbs if that.
You haven't really given enough information, but generally if a average size person eats less than 1500 calories a day (and you likely do), combined with a couple hours of moderate exercise like you're doing, they'll lose perhaps as much as 2 pounds per week. You don't want to lose more than that because you run the risk of malnutrition - not eating enough to maintain you exercise rate.
In terms of inches in three weeks, you'll likely not notice unless you are very tall.
Your fiancee is marrying you as you are, so I assume he doesn't see a big problem with your size as it is now.

1st the weight is from fast food growth hormones, the meat comes from South America and is loaded.
So the way to loose the weight you want is by eating healthy, also try one of the diet clubs.
youngsters don't know that they are all looking the same; bellies and rolls around the waste broad shoulders & the base look of a line backer. Wake up young America, this nation has the highest per of overweight people in world.
If you're wanting to lose in the stomach area, try the south beach diet. It makes a huge difference in the tummy region first.
Also, your fruits are good for you, but veggies would be better for weight loss fast.
