Loose weight before school starts in january HELPP!! thanks?!


Question: Kay so we are in christmas break and i wanted to go back to school different in the way that i want to look skinnier but im not fat or over weight im normal i jsut want to tone up those legs arms and abs

whast the best diet and exercices mostly i want exercices becasue ican keep up with execises more than dieting .we have 2 weeks so i want to look different

please help thanks so much

For two days eat nothing but apples, and drink 8 glasses of water.

You lose about 8lbs..

And I'm sorry I offended you obviously.

And if your metabolism is at a normal speed, it'll keep at least 60 percent of that weight off.
So really you lose about 5lbs after you "gain it back"

Just eat healthier cut out the junk food and soda.no candy no potatoes.no corn nothing processed just water. and exercise daily.. like cardio.

I think focusing on your self-image (the beauty within as well as without) and your vision of the world in a positive light will give you the newness you are seeking.

Having said that...

Exercises:

Crunches - start slow. Bicycles - lay down on your back with your hands supporting your neck/head and touch your L elbow to your R knee while kicking out with your L leg then do the opposite motion. count a touch as "1". Maybe do 3 sets of 25 every other day for a week. Then increase to 3 sets of 40. Do the motions smoothly and with thought. If you start by overdoing you will be doubled up with very sore abs.

Light weights (2 - 5 lbs) and various arm exercises (curls, presses, standing rows) will help tone, as will swimming or push-ups. Yes, push-ups. You can do them on your knees, just remember to have your hands below your shoulders and keep your back straight and your tummy tight. :)


Yoga is great for overall toning!! Check out the Power Yoga series by Rodney Yee. I love it and it is so relaxing as well as toning. Many stores carry him - even Raleys near me!

I also recommend walking or light jogging. Both give you time to appreciate you and the world around you!!
