Exersizing at home?!


Question: umm im 13 and my mom wont but any machine for like exersice and i wanna lose some weight i have two weeks of break and wanted to loose wait nothing big so wat r some wayz i can exersice at home?
im trying
to get some good skinny legs
great skin
good hair (i have nappy hair so i jus braid it)umm wats better long or short braids?
great buttps: i have a big butt
be fit
get a new look and look diffrent
also i got flats for christmas wat r some clothes i can wear w/ them?
and make up tips
i have acne,im really dark skin
any advice,i would really appreciate,thanx:)

excersing at home: do crunches in the house and run around where you live. or join the gym
good legs: RUN! believe me they'll be rock hard after a while
great skin: wash your wash when you wake up and go to bed. after working out or running make sure you wash your face too! when getting healthy, good skin is a side effect so they say.
braids: either or both very cute!
great butt: running will help your butt too. there is special machines at gyms just for butts! haha
be fit: run and eat right. drink only water
flats: skinny jeans always look great with them, paired with a tunic top it's always adorable. skinny jeans also highlight nice athletic legs
make up tips: do the basics and don't overdo. mascara on the top lashes, a little eye liner, and a subtle eye shadow to make your skin and eye color.
acne: clean and clear face wash worked well for me
other: eat lots of healthy foods over the holidays, drink water, run!, but dn't forget to have fun with friends and family. don't get too obsessed with a new look because a smile is just as good!!! =]

if you whatch tv, do jumping jacks while whatching, crunches, and sit ups. also pro activ helped my acne so much!! its totally worth how much it is.. also if you want make up tips put eyeliner on top your top lids and mascara with it. also lipgloss never hurts :)

If you have cable you can order excerise videos on demand that are free and easy to do
Some good hair tips would be ask your mom for that as a present for Christmas professionally have it straightened or colored.
For acne you should try proactiv and for make up simple mascara and lip gloss
Big butts are hot so dont worry about that
For flats you should try skinny jeans and long tops
