Having great body is only in rich people hand?!


Question: I am donig exercise from last one month.i lost 3.5 kg.i do exercise in morning for 2 and half hour.i also started exercise in evening.but sometimes i feel bore to do exercise.my dream is having great body.what ever resourses i have i want to make it most of it.but when ever i skip exercise ,or eat more i feel guilty.how do i can be consistant to achive my dream.

Money has nothing to do with that.Its all in your mind.
What really make the difference in all of this:
you need to want to look good
you need to be consistent and stay with that all the time
you cant think negative or feel guilty
you cant over train(2.5 hours is way to long,that could be a problem too)

If you want you can make a simple list of what you want to do and you will be fine.Make a plan where you want to be in that period of time.That will help you to stay on the right path.
Do it only for yourself,you cant do it for somebody else.Sometime people doing it because somebody said something,WHO CARES let them be,just remember that you going to look better then others soon,that would be another reason to be consistant.

When someone is wealthy, it is easier to maintain a healthy life style because good food is more expensive (ie it's more expensive to eat a portion of fruit than it is to have fast food). Also there is more opportunity to have leisure time to go to the gym, play tennis, join a health club, etc.

Having said that, there are many ways to maintain a healthy life style. You can decide to walk a little farther. You can decide to eat healthier. You can decide to have better posture which will align your "core" and automatically make you look in better shape. You can dance around your home which will burns lots of calories.

it starts with discipline. try a workout schedule and stick to it.
the schedule need not be for a particular exercise only. vary it in such a way that it won;t be boring.

say, MWF's at 6pm. ten to 15 minutes a day is all you need. start on crunches monday's. weights on wednesday's then aerobics on fridays.

yes, you'll be eating more this holiday season. but there are those supplements that are not expensive and yet safe and proven. I have a friend taking these super med. You may send me an email. and btw, exercising is really good but even better if you're taking supplements to get rid of those fats.

well i take my dog out so i have to exercise go swimming do something you would enjoy more, execrcise meant to be fun not boring, join trampolining class, go ice skating loveley, go dancing, have fun meet new people, join a caneoing club, have fun enjoy your life, meet great people
