It depends. metabolism and muscle mass play a key role in losing weight. higher metabolism can be increased with spicy food. muscles use more energy than fat, so exercise and your weight will drop (stay AWAY from high calorie snacks)

It really depends on how long you're willing to spend losing it (though the longer you spend losing it the less likely you are to gain it back).

No You could burn 100 calories a day for a longer period of time or 1500 calories a day for a shorter period of time.
