What food goes straight to your legs, but and thighs?!

Question: None. You deposit fat in your body only if you eat more calories than you burn. But if you do eat too much, you will deposit the excess calories as fat. Unfortunately, you have no control over where it goes. That's probably determined genetically. Look at your biological mother. Your distribution of fat will probably be very similar to hers.

chicken

That's not really food, that's genetics. Where weight is distributed on your body is usually genetic. Anything unhealthy with a lot of fat or sugar.

umm junk food, processed-like-crazy foods, anything with tran fat, white flour stuff.....

it depends if your body feels like putting those extra pounds there =p haha

all foods do if you are eating more than you are burning, but sweets especially. sweets and sugars enter the bloodstream quickly, if the muscles cannot use the sugars in the blood, it gets stored in the liver, when that too becomes full, the rest gets stored as fat.

All food you don't burn off the calories in excess of your intake. Doesn't matter what kind of food.

Deep-fried foods. Most meat already have a degree of fat, which is what gives them their unique taste / flavor. When you deep fry, you're adding more fat, because the meat acts as a sponge, soaking up more of the cooking oil, which ads to the foods' fat content. If you like chicken, bake it instead of deep frying. Stay away from pork meat, like sausage, bacon, ham, etc... pork has a high fat content. Myself, when I buy a sausage Mcmuffin from Mcdonalds, I take the sausage out, squeeze it between some napkins to remove as much of the fat and cholesterol, before putting it back and biting on the sandwich.

WHERE fat goes depends on genetics and gender, not the type of food you eat. :)

ummm food goes equally all over ur body...lol unless u do crunches and sit ups all crazy so it wont go on your stomach ;)
