a decrease in muscle mass will result in a decrease in strength. which would would obviously have a negative impact on performance in your sport. athletes have muscles, get used to it.

so if you don't want to exercise then what is your question? Your soft arms are not going to get firm by it's self. Appearently you are not doing the correct exercise.

If your willing to listen i will help. The bottom is called the tricep and it a problem for most women, it soft and giggles.

Do bar dips 2 bars shoulder width apart dip down without feet touching floor and press back up, these are the most effective. do tri cep cable push downs. Do bench dips if you can't to bar dips. to benches with your hands on one and feet on other dip down and press back up, these are easier than bar dips. over head extenstions with dumbells or even barbell, and last of all skull crushers lying flat on bench bring barbell to forhead and press back up.

this will help you soft lower arms.

Is your arm flexed or it would feel soft. I think its call cellulite not easy to get rid of. Your too critical always looking in the mirror.

maybe its just baby fat? i really dont know because as u said u workout too much already. u must be really sexy in that case. u have to say particularly where in your arms like in ur tricept area or something, then i could probably tell u how if i knew.

where have you been all my life... i love me some gymnast types

sorry about the arms being soft.... means your triceps are not as strong as your biceps

you should get them up to par with each other
