Is it possible for me to lose 3-4 pounds in a week and 3 days?!


Question: If i run about an hr in the morning. With 50 sit ups and crunches.
And at night i`ll run an hour.50 sit ups and crunches.
And breakfast, i`ll eat something healthy.
Like eggs (white) and an orange.
Then for lunch i`ll eat special k cereal.
And for dinner i`ll eat my veggies and chicken.

Hi, I'm 15 and I lost lots of pounds already. I eat five times a day, each meal the size of my palm, better if you eat every three hour. That's what I did, and make sure you stick to it! [I set an alarm every three hour so that I don't forget] Drink 2 litres of water a day, can be more but no less than that okay. Water really does help the digestion process. When you wake up, early in the morning, drink one glass of hot water to help clean your stomach [because cold water solidifies the fats in your stomach] Then, go with food high with fibre; veggie and fruits [Definitely not my favourite food, but think of all the fats you're going to lose! You'll think the veggies are delicious, no kidding.] Exercise 30 minutes a day. You MUST do some aerobic exercises, flexibility and weight training [I read somewhere you lose weight better if you do these three] For aerobic, I did rope jumping, then for weight training, I did pushups and situps 50 each a day. You can do any sort of flexibility, but I usually just stand up and bend my body downwards until my fingerstips touch my toe. Stay that way for 10 seconds and don't hold your breath. Repeat it for three times or so. Eating breakfast is essential, it boosts your metabolism and breakfast should be the heaviest meal of the day.

That's what I did, and it's worked. My metabolism rate is incredibly faster now! Good luck!

forget all the exercise and eating. go on the new diet "slim crack". you'll lose up to 20 pounds in a week and a couple of teeth. (results may vary)

dude, just follow this diet, drop 10lbs in a week...no starving or cabbage crap either....
