Power walk (walk quickly) for 30 minutes a day at least three times a week. You need to do abdominal exercises to isolate the muscles in your abdomen with modified crunches. Make sure your neck is supported and look up at the ceiling Lift with your small of your back firmly into the floor and breathe out on the way up. Do reps and don't forget the obliques, (love handles) cross over the abdomen from right arm behind the head towards your left and then reverse it. Do this everyday for about 15 minutes. I take a 10 lb. weight (or you can use a smaller one) hold in in both hands over your head and then bring it down your back. Try this about 10 times in a rep. You should feel it pull on your abdomen. You may want to go to a 5 lb. weight due to just having a baby. Always warm up your muscles first by stretching to warm up your muscles to avoid strain and injury. I have an abs tape that incorporates all your ab muscles exercise in 30 minutes a day. I haven't tried the Ab lounger but that is one piece of equipment for abs ...........the large ball is another, but is hard to balance. Also eat smaller potions and watch your weight too. Abs on women after pregnancy are the hardest to get rid of but usually not impressive. Salsa dancing is great too and fun! Drink plenty of water.Good luck!

dont drink soda.

work out excersice

work-out, eat well, drink water.
that's the BEST way.

If you drink soda, cut it out. That is the first and foremost thing you need to do. Other than that, sit ups.

Exercise and a good diet, mainly veggies and fruit.

Eat all organic foods. I lost nine pounds my first week using this method. And when I say all organic, I mean it. Cut out sodas, junk food, any anything artifical. Of course, drink your water and exercise. I do half an hour of running each day.

Do you want the BEST way, or the fastest way? The best way, as any health professional will tell you, is low-calorie diet and daily exercise. The FASTEST way is liposuction. I recommend the Weight Watchers diet. They helped my wife lose 20 lbs of pregnancy weight in about 3 weeks.

seriuosly this will work
eat a grape fruit before every meal
exercise
have 6 small meals instead 3 big ones
these are good i use them

green tea works for me

I suppose the oldest way in the book...cardio on most days, along with some strength training every other day. Also, count calories.

Crystal Meth.

i definitely think excersize, and because you're coming off a pregnancy, i think a cardio workout would be best - stationary bike, treadmill, stuff like that.
its also very important to watch what you eat.. eat healthy.

good luck!

Run the treadmill everyday with heavy layers of clothes. If you don't have a treadmill go outside and run around the block. I lost 10 lbs doing this everyday for a month and a half.

drink lots of water, eat lots of fiber, fruit and veg.cut down carbohydrate, meat, flour.and do some exercise.

Hi there. Besides regular workouts, try these:
1. Work harder. Dwell into something so much so that you don't feel the urge to eat unless you're really hungry.
2. Walk around your neighborhood, cycle, walk, run, anything but automobile.
3. Eat a healthy but wholesome meal.
Good luck. Merry Christmas. Congrats for being a mother as well.

It'll be tough to lose the post pregnancy belly but you can shrink it. Walk briskly for at least 30 minutes a day. If you dont have 30 minutes then walk briskly twice for 15 minutes. Eat low fat/low calorie meals. Instead of eating the typical 3 meals eat 5 small meals instead. Take a multi-vitamin as nutrition speeds up your metabolism. Drink lots of water or no calorie drinks.

Low carb diet will take off water lb. quick. About 20 carbs a day.

Here are some good ideas:
1. Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming.
2. Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Beans, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State.
3. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, white potatoes, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn
