Is this a good exercise plan?!


Question: I wanna lose as much weight as i can in a 6 weeks.
If i follow this exercise plan everyday will i lose about 22 pounds?
(I will be eating very healthy so don't worry about my diet. :) . )

7am - 30 min walk
8am- 25 sit ups
8.15am- 25 squats
8.30am- 25 deep squats
8.45am- 50 legs stretches
9am- 50 lunges
11am- 10km on bike
12pm- 25 sit ups
12.15pm- 25 squats
12.30pm- 25 deep squats
12.45- 50 leg stretches
1pm- 50 lunges
2pm- 10km on bike
3pm- Random Stretches
3.30pm- 10km on bike
4.30pm- 25 squats

So how does that sound?

I also will be drinking 9 glasses of water per day.
and eating 3 healthy meals. and i will be cutting out all junk food/fatty food.

Well that is definetly a day full. Just be careful not to burn yourself out if you plan doing that every day. Give your body a break every once in a while. I see about 1.5-2 hrs of cardio in there every day, so yes - that combined with all the resistance training and diet - you will most defenitly lose weight with that plan. But wow, you must have a lot of free time on your hands, good for you.

plz don't do this unless u are trying to put urself into a hospital. too much exercise is not good for ur body.
ur body needs to rest in between vigorous exercise...so what ever you choose to do let it be no more than an hour in the morn. and an hour in the eve. and the next day no exercise because ut muscles need to rest..u will see the same results and feel better than if u would follow ur crazed schedule.

Yes!!! That's really good, You could be losing more than 2 pounds!
