Is 180 bench good for a 14 year old?!
Question: Im 14 yrs old (HS freshman) , im 5'8 weigh 190 and i bench 180.
is that good for my age? and a good ratio for my weight?
and how can i keep raisin this?

that is a good bench, but your size has a lot to do with it. right now i am training a fifteen year old that is benching 178 lbs. and he's only 5' 5"
IT'S NOT, TO GIVE YOU A REFERENCE, YOU SHOULD LIFT AT LEAST YOUR OWN BODY WEIGHT. SO YOU SHOULD LIFT 190 OR MORE. JUST KEEP TRAINING HARD AND CONCENTRATING ON GETTING STRONGER
Not to be mean but you can lift the weight you weigh mean your not that strong. I weigh 170 and i bench 225 but im also 3 yrs older. But keep lifting and about 7 months to a year you might be able to put up 200. And dont forget to workout your other muscles not just you chest.
