Working out?!


Question: ok so im 15 years old and i wanna start working out.. i didnt work out in the past cuz i wanted to grow but i seem to not be growing anyway.. im 5 8 -.-.. i need some good and effective workouts for the following areas
chest
lats
traps
shoulders
triceps
biceps
forearms
abs
legs

a good website could help too =]

ok so everytime i arm wrestle a friend i always lose.. i feel so weak.. and i look pretty big too so it seems like im strong but im really not.. one time i went to the gym with 2 of my guy friends and 2 girls.. one of the guys benched 175 while the other did 215 and i couldnt even do 105... it was embarrassing especially cuz girls were there and i liked one of them!! so yea i wanna get strong and look cut before the summer so i can impress some of the girls with a six pack and whatever.. =]
any good workouts??

Were are your leg workouts bro. Leg excersise are important It helps growth all over.

bench helps lats and chest.....shoulder shrugs and flies help shoulder and traps, curls help biceps and forearms, lunges and incline leg press help leg and bum...and just plain old crunches for abs.....triceps can be done using bench, curls or tricep dips.....dont forget to run, very important!!! Goodluck.

You really should make a simple chart or whatever is convinient for you. Regular exercise is very important. Running helps, good diet helps. If you do not want to get any fatter than you are right now(I am not saying that you are) try eating low-fat or fat-free or whatever it may be. I know a good website. GO here.

I am a Senior and Special Education student at my school. I am 18 years old and I've never been on a school sports team before. I haven't had any experience in sports activities, although I've been taking PE during the first couple of years at my school. I've performed in two spring plays sophomore year and junior year. This year, I wanna try something else. I wanna try out for the Boys Indoor Track Team this January. Coach Cody put me on the list a couple of weeks ago. I will take another year at my school as a post graduate, and I think I'll get more experienced.
