How can i lose 2 pounds per week?!
Question: like what should i eat?
what portions should i eat?
how many times a day should i eat?
what exercizes can i do at home?
(i cant go to the gym =/ and i cant walk or jog outside because its freezing)
im 14 years old im 5'6 and a half i think that im 5'7 now.
i weigh 177
my tummy isnt big though its flat
my *** is huge =/
and my thighs are too
like everything i eat goes to those areas
the reason why i want to lose weight is to be able to fit in to a size 9 (jeans)
im planning on lossing 28 lbs or more by march 29 (my birthday)

Eat plenty of veggies, no matter how untempting they may be! Eat a lot of fruit as well. I mean a few bananas I day, how bad could it be? When it comes to dinner, stay away from beef and pork. Eat chicken (primarily baked), fish, salad, throw in some good ole' stir fry if you like!
When it comes to portions eat small ones. You can eat all day but they have to be in small portions.
This is how your eating schedule should look like.
Breakfast
Small Snack
Lunch
Small snack
Dinner
Late night snack
Remember, eat in small portions! Also, something I forgot to mention. You have to exercise 2-3 times a week or this won't work.

u need to eat small portions and 4 to5 times a day. if ur serious cut out soda and sugar! eat health and workout 30 mins a day. it might be hard at first but after 2 weeks it should be eaiser.

do cardio exercises like running, walking or biking for 30 minutes, 4 or 5 times a week
