Ahhh I feel like an idiot?!

Question: a lot of people struggle to lose weight and get in shape and are really dedicated into making themselves look and feel better....

and then there's me:

I'm 17, 5'10"ish and low enough on body fat and with a ridiculously fast metabolism that makes me look buff as hell..... but I'm not at all really.

I just feel bad because people try hard to look fit and stay fit, and sitting around isn't really an option. I mean I'm pretty active and try to stay fit too, but I just feel guilty more often than not because I don't need to do a whole lot for that.

Does this tend to come back and bite you in the *** later?

I'm kinda like you but i hardly EVER exercise and i eat tons of junk food but i've never been overweight. But aww dont feel bad about it!! It's not our fault we were blessed with fast metabolisms, theres nothing you can do about it. So cheer up. =)

I wish I could get buff. Lol.
I'm not fat or anything just skinny and hardly no muscle... you wanna trade metabolisms?

yes.

you will be punished.

it can but if you are staying healthy and eating healthy and stuff it shouldn't be a problem

don't feel bad about it
you can't help the way you were made and neither can other people so don't worry about it
just don't rub it in other people's faces

you spend to much time thinking about your feelings

yea I hate it that I can bench 320lbs without even training.. ;(

i had a six pack and everything b4 i started going to the gym... now ive started to go everyday. now its EVEN BETTER. i have a fast metabolism. as long as you keep eating healthily and drinking water... being rather active you will stay in shape... if you dont dont a whole lot of exercise and do eat well then i think you might just lose muscle.
the problem is wen u eat alot of bad and energy full food and then when you stop exercising at old age and your metabolism goes down you will gain weight. i think it also helps for good genes...
in conclusion i think at your stage you are lucky that you are in a good position to make a life decision. either take advantage of now.... eat well, keep your body well... or take your metabolism for granted, eat badly and dont exercise...
its your future.
you decide. good luck.

Spending too much time thinking of yourself,,,,focus on someone else........get a hobby and get off the couch...

your not feeling guilty, you are bragging about your body being perfect, and you don't have to exercise.....so what...

Yes, it can come back and bite you later in life. Especially if regular, vigorous exercise is not part of your health maintenance routine. You may look and feel great, but do you know what's happening within your cardivascular system? Could you be pre-diabetic? Even though your weight may be fine, without regular exercise you could be slowly deteriorating and, in your smugness, not know it AND not be doing anything to avoid it.

ya. usually. think highly of yourself much?

Be proud of what you have hun. That's the only advise I can give you and yourself.

David don't feel bad babe. Ur fine I am not fat not skinny im just perfect weight everyoen sys im skinny though. ummm mine bite me in the *** my friend says I'm anerexic now even though I eat like a horse lol.

LOts of love
