Teen weight loss Help?!


Question: im 110 5"1 but i have extra boy fat on my arms,leg,sthighs,and stomach how can i lose this weight? Cause were i live is not cold and we can were shorts i want to wear some but i uncomfromtable i wanna have skinny legs and thighs i don't if poeple call me anorexic but i wanna lose 8/5 pounds a week i wanna look like this person http://img156.imageshack.us/my.php?image...

u should only lose 2 lbs a week if u want to stay that way
ALWAYS eat breakfast
go to the gym atleast once a week and make sure ur walking around for at least 30 min each day
eat a very light dinner and 4 lunch eat a fruit or vegie salad, or fat-free light yogurt
and DONT eat junk food, period
im 5'1 and weigh 102 and i used to be 127, i just have two more lbs too lose.
and, im a teen too so trust me this works
oh yea, u might want to think about eating special k cereal 4 breakfast instead of waffles or froot loops, it works wonders

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
