run and to crunches

run, sit ups, treadmill

eat less, and do 20 sit ups before u go to sleep and 20 CAREFUL ones when you wake up.

yo would need to exercise more than an hour a day.

Sit-ups won't do anything.

Cut back on your sugar in-take. Both artificial and natural sugars concentrate at your waist line.

stomache crunches / sit ups , but dont go mad at first just do about 10-20 sit ups to start with then build them up by adding another 4-5 each day good luck!
