Which is a quicker way to lose weight?? using a jumprope or running/jogging?!


Question: Imo, I'd say skipping. It's a VERY effective workout, and you can achieve the same benefits as running/jogging in about half of the time. But it's best to do all forms of cardio, that way your body doesn't get used to just one thing, which could be bad cuz your body stops getting stronger once you've gotten used to something. ALWAYS mix things up so you'll never be bored and so your body is constantly having to work.
