I have news for you. No matter how much weight you lose- when you are over weight- you always look fat in the mirror.
So I have stopped weighing myself and avoid mirrors. I eat right and keep VERY active walking and exercising.

Hunny, I used to say the smae thing about myself but you know what. It doent matter what you look like. But ya I lost waight buy running everyday and dancing for an hour non stop. and i lost 6 pounds. But ya tell me if that hlps you.. Hope you the best og luck Report It

  • It sounds like you are another girl obsessed with being thin. Girl chill out it's not a huge deal! It just makes me so mad!

    the girls in those pictures are not healthy. It is not good for you to be that thin. This is a good rule. A girl/woman should be 100 pounds at 5 feet tall then 5 pounds for every inch taller than that. -->> if you are 5'5" you should not weigh less than 125lbs

    okay do you realize that both of these women probably hate things about themselves? I have a friend who looks like a model and all she talks about is what is wrong with her. Everyone is different, so please try to be happy with you, if you want to look and feel better work out and of course eat healthy- it is just good fro you, but please don't try to be someone else. you would be surprised but I am sure there are girls who want to look like you or have your features. :-)

    ok u need help, if u want to look that skinny, i suggest a special Head doctor :)

    ummmm if you are really instressted in losing weight dont NEVER crash diet because when you dont eat you weigh more because the next time you eat something you earn 3 times the caleries...you should go on the treedmel, or join the gym, just dont eat bad unhealthy stuff.eat healthy stuff and monterate what you eat.

    OK...I won't say anything to you, but for the ones in the photos...The flat stomach looks good, but that's all that looks good. Legs are to thin, not well defined, both could use a few pounds. My girlfriend has a very flat stomach with a nice six pack showing....not super defined like some men but very noticeable. She's a personal trainer and workouts herself. She's 5'8.5" and weights 135....and that's with a damn flat stomach and she likes her weight. She's also a fitness model.
    Don't go for the super lean sick look....go for lean with a little muscle showing...it's a healthy way to go as well.
