One legged bodyweight squat?!


Question: don'thave acess to weights, so if I did bodyweight squats with one leg, would my legs get stronger?

yes, one legged squats are actually very good....I've seen guys that could do 200-300 pounds with both legs and aren't able to do one full range 1 leg squat with no weight

the thing is to try and do the exercise all the way down....forget the 'dont go below parallel' crap you always hear....just forget it

doing it with 1 leg is dumb. It does not showw how strong your muscles are, but how long you can stay in balance.
