Your weight will flucuate throughout the day. Most of it is water weight. My weight jumps around 3lbs through the day. The best time to weight yourself is at the same time. I weight myself in the morning after my morning pee and before eating anything.

your just putting in thew sweat you lost its fine

muscle weighs ALOT more than fat so you might actually gain a little weight or stay the same but lose a size or 2. Also you don't just instantly lose pounds right after you exercise, it takes a few days or so.

Its good to drink lots of water to replenish what you lost from exercising. Keep in mind that when you exercising, your building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat, so this may also be contributing to the weight gain. Hope this helps!

weigh yourself before the drink, you are also building muscle which put on weight.keep up the good work

it could be the water if u drink a lot while exercising or it could be the problem many have of exercising then feeling really hungry and eating way more than they normally would, hence ruining the point of exercising.

you have to watch your diet

Remember that while you exercise you are turning fat into muscles which weighs more. The water you drink will add to the weight a bit, but won't make much of a difference. Toning your body and getting in shape is so important. Good luck.
