Walking is actually a better way to burn fat that running, alot less injurious to your joints, promotes cardiovascular fitness, stimulates the production of good HDLs in your blood and the breakdown of triglyderides (fat).
Studies have shown time and again that a half hour a day of walking (not swinging your arms around looking stupid) briskly (slightly faster than you would otherwise, like walking a dog that wants to go faster and pulls you a little) produces optimal cardiovascular fitness, not to mention as much exercise as necessary for someone trying to lose weight.
Do you ever wonder why there are so many fat runners? Because during intense activity your body reaches for glycogen stored in your liver. That's about 3000 Kcal worth---less than what's needed for a marathon but waaaay more than you can burn during short, high intensity activity. Walking is a low intensity activity, which is to say that your body has time to make blood sugar from triglycerides and doesn't need to go straight for glycogen in your liver. What this means is that your body reaches for fat to burn instead. The key here is lower intensity but longer duration.
One of my coworkers, a 50 yr old former distance runner, recently had her second hip replacement. Running is very hard on your joints, especially if you're carrying an extra 30+ lbs.
So relax. Walk. And eat breakfast EVERY morning. Breakfast eaters live longer, have a more stable blood sugar, and are more likely to have a body mass index consistent with their height.

Drinking 3L water/day is also a great suggestion. Staying away from foods with a higher glycemic index, especially late in the day, is another good idea. Adding higher fiber foods is still another thing that will help by making you feel full longer.

No easy way to do it. No pill is gonna make your fat disapear. I guess the easiest way to lose fat would be liposuction but its dangerous and since our bodys have fat memory it will come back on fast. Best thing you can do is start a workout routine that consists of Cardio 5 days a week. Get on a healthy eating plan that consists of proteins, complex carbs, grains and good fats. Eat 6 smaller portion meals a day and drink plenty of water. Try to take in no more than 2000 calories. Since you need to burn 3500 calories to burn off a pound of fat you will have to burn more than you take in. Get on this easy plan and the weight will start to come off.

Tie a rope to your silverware with 5 pounds of weight on the other end.

exercise and eat 4 to five small meals a day
excercise at least 30 min a day and listen to music
or run with ur friends, its really fun.

I believe that weight loss always starts from mindset. This is the reason why i am able to lose 15kg in 2 months and maintain for 3 years straight, all the way till my pregnancy.

1) What is my goal? I want to lose __kg in __ time.
2) Why do I want to achieve this goal? (if possible, come up with 50 reasons)
3) If I do not achieve it, what pains will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
4) If I achieve it, what happiness will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
5) What will happen to me if I continue my current situation for the next 10 years?
6) Then when do I want to take action?

Some solutions I can offer you for diet:
Breakfast: eat fruits/drink fruit juice
Lunch: Less carbo, more veg and fruits, less seafood, meat and eggs
Dinner: Same as lunch but no solid food after 8pm. Soups are great dinners

If you want to exercise to enhance the speed of weight loss. Go for some light jogging or do something you enjoy like an aerobic class or kick boxing class...
