Will i loose atleast 10 pounds if i do this?!


Question: well we only have 2 weeks of vacation and i need to look close to 10 lbs if i do this every day will i loose the weight i need?
jog-30 min
jumping jacks-100 /3 sets
pushups-5 /3sets
crunches 50 for each kind/ side crunches,reg. crunches
butterfly kicks-1 min /2sets
bicycle kicks-1 min /2sets
sqaut-3 min
mountain lion-1min
run in place-4min
jump on trampoline-1hour


ive already has 1 day of my vacation and this is day 2 so do you think i can loose the weight?

breakfast-vegies and suck of a grapefruit and water/or egg with rice/or toast bread(when eatting the vegies i eat alot )

lunch- grilled cheese sandwitch

dinner-phillipeano food (something with meat ) and plain rice
6 glasses of water a day
so what do you think??

Yes you will. Definelty.

That should make you lose a good amount of weight. Also get lots of sleep.

Yes, but the exercise is unhealthy because its almost 2 hours! Cut back to 60 minutes.

I would change up the grilled cheese sandwich and have a green salad perhaps with tunafish.and add a glass of milk.

About 2 lbs per week maybe up to 3 is sensible. Keep up this program and you will have lost 10 lbs before your vacation is over. If you keep it up then you won't gain weight while you are on vacation.

10 lbs is too much to expect. If you follow this regimen then 5 - 6 lbs is achievable.

The exercise will help, but dont count on it for your main method of weight loss. There is much misconception about
