15 year old friend wants to lose weight?!


Question: my friend is 15 and he said that he feels like he needs to lose weight but he wants to know a specific way to lose the weight the fastest. I'm asking this question for him because his computer broke and he has to get it fixed. i realy want to help him because he said that because of his weight he feels like he has no self esteem.

I will tell you the obvious because that is what works in my opinion. Eating right (little to no sweets, lots of protein, whole grains, fruits, veggies) and he needs to work out. Tell him to try running, biking, swimming, playing sports, anything. It will help him lose the pounds, and working out naturally makes people feel better and happier. He will need you to keep him motivated, so maybe join him and you can benefit too!
