Is there any specific stretches i should do before doing the splits??!!?!


Question: i need step by step instructions plz!! im trying to completely be down to the ground by the first of 2008 im almost there!!! :O i also need every step and why it helps if you can,i would really really appreciate it. How to position the feet and everything. Also if you could explain how long each stretch and split should be!! THX!! ;0

yeah me too i am nearly too the ground too

I do trampolining and we do its like a lunge but with your knees on the ground.

firstly you push your leg forward but make sure your knee is not over your ankle, then lean back so that your front leg is straight and sort of lay down on your leg, then push forward again and lift your back leg up and slide down.

hold each stage for 7 - 10 seconds

then do the other leg

for a more deeper stretch try puttin your leg up on something higher then the ground

also if you really want to get down there get someone to push your legs down(near the waist) and get them to hold you there till the pain is so unbearable.
