What the differnce between normal push upps and bent knee ones??!


Question: it seem i cant do normal push ups at all,i can't lift ,my whole body weight using my my elbow strength, i guess they are weak.
so, is bent knee push ups have less benifits??or what's th difference?

and also if i wanna tone how many ent knee push ups should i do per day??

knee ones are for girls because they usually don't have enough upper body strength to do men push ups or toe ones. Set yourself a goal. If you just started I'd say go for 50 a day
then gradually change your goal to 100 non-stop or 4 sets of 25 reps.

its easier to support yourself on your knees then your toes
