In 7 days how much weight can I loose?!


Question: FOr your information, i eat crap all the time. and i sit around and play on the computer everyday after school, i know totally bad for me....

I NEED HELP!!

How much weight can I loose in 7 days? I am going to see my cousins and aunts and uncles and nana and pawpaw in 7 days for christmas, even though it will be new yrs weekend lol.

I have a belly, so i would like excersizes that concentrate on loosing fat from the belly part. If possible.

Also what food should i eat?

I want to look better than i did at thanksgiving.

I am almost 5' 5" and i am 150 pounds

Fist STOP ALL Ur Bad Habits!

Ok Gets Some Denis Austin Tapes she does a really good job at working everything! including the stomach!

Ok eat Everything but i repeat dont eat pop and chips and cookies , brownies, etc! eat a lot of veggies and fruits and tons of water!
