You can jog to lose the fat and eat more vegetables and less fattening food like fry food, microwavable food and avoid sugar-packed food. You can also do situps or crunches to help you tone your abs COMBINED with jogging to lose the fat (you really must run to lose the fat because situps/crunches doesn't do that; they only tone and strengthen the abs) and altogether, get really nice-looking abs.
You can eat more if you think you're too skinny, but just remember to eat the *right* food.
