Any cheerleaders...?!
Question: Know any streches or something I can do so I can strech my legs farther. I'm 14 and trying out for the cheerleading team next year (tryout are March 4) and I'm going to the gym and walking about an hour a day and eating heath but I noticed that I can't do the splits or that thing where you lift your leg up and grab it and when I strech I can't pull my legs out very far. Any advice?

keep streching, the more you strech the more flexible you become, also try yoga
Stretching before bed will help, try getting on ur bed try hanging your ankle spast the edge of the bed, I have a full sized bed so that might help better the bigger the bed is, and maybe try lifting your toes up so u can soon reach the arch of ur feet:).
owchie. just attmpt to make a spit and each day go closer and closer to the floor. that will help you do a split.
that should take 2-3 weeks
