My dad is 5'7 and my mum is 5'10 I believe.

It's possible, I had a girlfriend in the past that grew until she was 19. Don't expect more than another inch. Unless something goes freaky with your pituitary gland, don't expect to grow taller than your mom.

If your mum's 5'10" and dad's 5'7"and your 5'6" and 15, you'll grow until you look down at dad! You'll grow 'til 18 (?) You've got your mum's genes. Definitely get to 5'8" or 9". Good luck! Don't smoke!
