Question: After christmas im definitely dieting!
How can i lose weight quickly bt in a healthy way?
Im very busy with homework at the weekend and during the week and ive little time to exercise!

In order to have your ideal weight. you have lot of things to take note.

Diet

- Try to have plenty of starchy foods such as rice, bread, pasta, potatoes,
- Aim to have five portions of a variety of fruit and vegetables daily
- Use a moderate amount of dairy prod

only one way,cut out the naughty food ,have smaller portions and walk places instead of taking the car or bus . i am sure you can spare 30 Min's.a day walking somewhere

Tbh it depends on how much you weigh, how tall you are, how much you want to lose and how quick.

I suggest you cut down your calories to 1200 a day, and maybe join a fitness club, or go swimming, you have to have fun in excersise loll x

Also, have 8 glasess of water a day, and one before evry meal, that way you wont over-eat too much, and it will keep you healthy.

Try not to eat after 8.00, apart from green tea, wich is like 0 calories, and helps lose weight apparently.

Also, try counting calories, and planning meals ahead, eat loadsa fruit and veggies :)

Im trying to lose about 60 lbs too ( 60 Pounds ) Because im 5'3, 200 lbs, AT 13 :S

You can't say after Christmas. If you're going to diet, start NOW, because if you don't, trust me, you NEVER will..

Start now by just cutting back on the portions you eat. Portion sizes are the key to a successful weight loss.

Just eat a healthy diet and try to get swimming or some sport at least twice a week.

The very fast way to reduce weight is to consume as much water as u can in those span of days. And refer the website here for more information on diet and fitness.

i think the best thing for you to do is eat a lot of vegetables and fruits...and don't forget yogurts, cheese...and don't touch the bread and sweets...that worked for me...good luck!and merry Christmas!
